PSAYDN Virtual Quarterly Meeting: Coding Made Easy
    Virtual meeting 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Coding is the act of writing commands or instructions written for computers to produce a desired output. These commands can be simple, like “Hello World”, or complex enough to give cars the ability to drive themselves. Learn why it is relevant to teach coding in afterschool programs and code a simple program.

Lauren Poutasse of Delaware County Intermediate Unit's Department Teaching, Learning and Innovation, will share about the importance of computer science (CS) and coding, and diversity in future CS jobs.

PSAYDN will share current work and accomplishments in the core areas of policy, sustainability and quality and solicit members’ input on and involvement in upcoming projects and events.
