The Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool Youth Development Network (PSAYDN) is led by a Steering Committee. The Steering Committee represents the organizational partners in the Network’s leadership, and provides oversight for the Network work plan, and the appropriate use of fiscal and administrative resources to ensure effective implementation.

PSAYDN employs an inclusive decision-making process with its membership, where input on strategy and goal direction is sought on a regular basis during Network and subcommittee meetings, and as deemed necessary by the Steering Committee.

PSAYDN operates four standing subcommittees, including:

• Sustainability
• Communications and Outreach
• Quality
• Policy

When appropriate and necessary, ad-hoc subcommittees may be formed.
