The Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool Youth Development Network (PSAYDN) is led by a Steering Committee. The Steering Committee represents the organizational partners in the Network’s leadership, and provides oversight for the Network work plan, and the appropriate use of fiscal and administrative resources to ensure effective implementation. PSAYDN employs an inclusive decision–making process with its membership, where input on strategy and goal direction is sought on a regular basis during Network and sub-committee meetings, and as deemed necessary by the Steering Committee.
PSAYDN operates four standing sub-committees, including Sustainability; Communications and Outreach; Quality; and Policy. When appropriate and necessary, Ad-Hoc sub-committees may be formed.
